More school supplies are free after ECB's this week for the 3-day sale (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.) I went last minute yesterday and had to bring Miss Molly because I didn't feel well in the AM. Had to purchase her a Hershey bar before I could shop in peace because she was screaming and trying to crawl out of the cart. I gave her half of the candy, she ate it and sat like a good girl the rest of the time. Finally I could think straight and picked up these items:

7/27 Target Trip
Got me a good moneymaker deal going on at Target today, I'm real excited! Kellogg's Poptarts are on sale for $1.52 (regular price $1.99) and Kellogg's has their "Fuel for School" rebate where you but 10 participating items receive $10 rebate. To get your rebate you'll need to create a Kellogg's account then go here to download and print, be patient though, I hear the form takes a minute to load. To make this deal ever sweeter there are .75 off Kellogg's Poptarts Target coupons that I printed from afullcup.com Target coupon generator, and since it's a Target coupon you can stack it with a manufactures coupon! There are .55 off one Poptart product in the 6/7 RP and .55 off one Blueberry Muffin Poptart on the website.
Smart Ones weight watchers meals are on sale 5/$9. On afullcup.com Target Coupon generator there are $1.00 off the meals and combine with this printable for $1/5 meals you pay .60 for each meal bought.
Also, the Softsoap Ensembles hand soap pumps and refill bases are on clearance for $3.00. There are $2.00 Target coupons on afullcup.com Target coupon generator making it $1 for the soap. A while ago there were tearpads for a $4 rebate when you buy 1 pump and 1 2-pack of refills.
And there is one more deal to report, in the toothpaste section of Target on the endcap there are packages of Crest Whitestrips trial size for $4.99. Inside the package is a $7 coupon that doesn't have any exclusions. The boxes aren't sealed very well so it's easy to take the coupon out prior to purchase to use it on that order. Be forewarned, the coupon DOES beep and says "Item not found," some cashiers don't have a problem hitting the K1 button to accept the coupon anyway and others will become bewildered and call a manager over in which case I would just say you didn't want the item because they will most likely not push it through. Here was today's transaction:
Bought:
10 Smart Ones Weight Watchers individual meals $9/5
10 Poptarts 8ct $1.52
2 Softsoap pumps $3.00
2 2-packs Softsoap refill bases $3.00
1 Crest Whitestrips trial size $4.99
SUBTOTAL: $50.19
Used:
10 $1.00/1 Smart Ones Weight Watchers Target coupon
2 $1/5 Smart Ones Weight Watchers
10 .75 Poptart Target coupon
5 .55 Poptart coupon
4 $2.00 Softsoap Target coupon
1 $7.00 Whitestrips coupon
AFTER COUPONS: $12.94
Receive:
$10 for Kellogg's "Fuel for School" rebate
$8 for 2 Softsoap rebate (will send one rebate to my parent's house)
TOTAL REBATES: $18
The rebates makes this transaction a $5.06 moneymaker.

Wal*Mart, maybe they're not so bad after all?
No, Wal*Mart still is as bad as they have ever been, but maybe they're starting to get the hint that people don't so much like them. They have 2 HUGE deals going on right now. First of all the regular price of Hefty One Zip storage bags either quart size (22 count) or gallon size (17 count) are $1.00. In the 5/17 RP there were coupons or $1 off ANY Hefty OneZip, making the bags at Wal*Mart, FREE!!! (There were also blinkie machines in vaious grocery stores that had the same coupon so be on the lookout, although rumor has it those machines came down last week.) The second deal that's going on now if for Pull-Ups flushable wipes. If anyone if familiar with the "CleanTeam" brand this is the new name for the CleanTeam wipes. In this Sunday's insert, 7/19 SS, there are coupons for $3/2 PullUps flushable wipes. The regular price for the soft packs (they also come in a hard container but those cost more so be sure to look for the soft packs) of these are $1.64, so buy 2 of the soft packs, use the $3/2 coupon and pay .28 OOP, or .14 a pack! I went to Wal*Mart today to use up the last of my Hefty coupons and to use some of my wipes coupons so the transaction went like this:
Bought:
3 Hefty OneZip gallon storage bags $1.00
4 Hefty OneZip quart storage bags $1.00
4 PullUps flushable wipes soft packs $1.64
SUBTOTAL: $13.56
Used:
7 $1.00 off any Hefty OneZip
2 $3/2 PullUps flushable wipes
AFTER COUPONS: .56
Ended up paying $1.42 OOP after tax for 7 boxes of bags and 4 packs of wipes.
I cleaned them out of the wipes so I will have to go back after they restock.

Helluva Target deal on SIPPY CUPS!
Earlier this week I was told by a lovely member of the coupon board that Target is clearance-ing some of their sippy cups. This is a great stoke of luck because they are the Playtex twist and click straw kind with prints on the actual cups (I will post a picture for everyone in this post) and the straw ones are the only sippy's Molly uses at home! The ones we have now we've had for a while and they're getting kind of, well....yucky. Earlier today I went to the Target closest to me and drats, they didn't have any of the sippies. They had the single versions of the cups, but those still rang up full price. I did however snag a cute pair of shorts for next summer for Molly for $1.50 in size 2T, so it wasn't a wasted trip.
Then after I picked Molly up from daycare I made Target trip #2 for the day. It was to a Target a little further out there but boy oh boy was it worth my time! I found FOUR of the clearanced sippy cups. They are still shelf marked at 6.99 but ring up for, guess how much? $1.87! I bought all four packs, 2 girly ones and to more boyish ones. I was so excited, yay for new sippy cups!
Here is a picture of the elusive sippy cups. Remember, shelf priced for 6.99 or at some Targets I think it's 7.99. If you're still unsure you can use the little price checker things located in Target, they should show up on there at 1.87 if they are the correct ones. Happy hunting to all! (Thank you to Jen from the coupon board for the picture reference!)

Sunscreen Deal at Wags
Woo-hoo, second day in a row getting out and bargain hunting! Give myself a right ole pat on the back, lol. I let some RR's expire over the holiday, okay, ON the holiday. $11 worth of RR's to be exact expired on July 4th. I was nervous to go and use them but they didn't beep and the cashier didn't inspect them. Here was the transaction:
Bought:
2 Coppertone Nutrashield SPF 70 6oz sunscreen - 10.99 each
4 Pencils as fillers - 4/$1.00
SUBTOTAL: $22.98
Coupons used:
2 $5 off Coppertone Nurtashield sunscreen
TOTAL AFTER COUPONS: $12.98
Paid with:
$11 in RR's
and TOTAL OOP: $.98 plus tax
Received:
$10 RR WYB 2 Coppertone sunscreens
This transaction ended up "costing" me $1.98 because I lost an RR on the transaction and had to use .98 OOP, but I needed to roll the expired RR's. I will use the $10 RR to roll into the Huggies deal buy $20 worth and receive $5 RR because we are in need of diapers, though when aren't we? It's just a plus that I get a deal on it too!

Bargains at Last!
Arugh. Some personal issues in my life put my bargain hunting at a temporary halt, but I'm back and ready to roll. Those ECB's that is! CVS had a 3-day school supply sale this week running from Sunday-Tuesday, today. I dragged my sorry butt out of the apartment today to make a run. Luckily I rolled some EBC's not long ago because I thought all mine had expired on the 11th, but yay, they don't expire until the 23rd! Well anyway the CVS I went to was pretty well cleaned out but I did get some of the deals. I really wanted a pair of the scissors that were on sale but I couldn't find them and had to pick Mol up from daycare so I just passed on it. Here is my transaction:
2- .99 CVS brand "Caliber" notebooks
3- .99 8 packs Papermate pens
SUBTOTAL: $4.95
Paid:
4.97 worth of ECB's
OOP: $0
Received:
4.95 in ECB's for each item bought because they were buy at .99 get .99 back.
It's already come in handy because Molly had a blast with one of the pens and notebooks tonight. She looooves to draw.

On another note I had a garage sale with my "stash" last week. Ran from 9am-3pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Did okay for the amount of items in my stash, made a decent $230. Even tried selling pre-pregnancy clothes that I no longer fit into and baby clothes Molly grew out of but neither really sold, just strictly stash items. Fine with me! I began with so much stuff, like 2 Rubbermaid tubs and then bags and bags of other stuff. Now it all fits in the 2 Rubbermaid tubs. Now I just have to restock and resell once again!
